We’re back – and prepare for a serious onslaught of blogs.
With so much to catch up on I don’t even know where to begin but after drafting about 20 different posts I’ve decided the birthday shenanigans are what you’ve all been waiting for.
At 24 they were wet and wild! Wet as in – I spilt my drink, my blokes drink, his drink, her drink, the group in the corner and somehow drenched my brand new SUEDE trainers – as I wildly swung round Village Underground pretending to handout ice-cream from my friend’s bag (it square shape leant itself nicely to one of those icecream trays that you get during the interval at the theatre – hey, it was funny at the time!) as Eats Everything dropped bassy beats in front of me.
Originally from Bristol Eats Everything is gaining some serious pace in electronic music with his unique blend of techno/house/bass beats. Hard to categorize exactly what genre he fits I like his lack of ‘the drop” and listening to his Radio One Essential mix from In:Motion I almost peed my pants when he remixed in Switch/Solid Groove – This is Sick.
Any fans of electronic music need to give an ear or two to Dan the Man (real name Daniel Pearce) – championed by Pete Tong, Carl Cox, Maya Jane Coles and Claude Von Stroke has got to mean something right?
You can catch him in his home-town in June at a new (yes another one) festival called Love Saves the Day

WITH VERY SPECIAL GUESTS THE DANCE OFF CREW
Nearing half a century means I no longer enjoy the feel of cold, hard ground beneath my bones as I struggle not to touch the sides of my dewy, collapsing tent at 5am so day festivals are ideal. All the raving you can stomach and a warm comfy bed at the end of it? Ideal!
